Sunsets have always been an extraordinary inspiration for artists. Painting the sky well is an extremely difficult challenge. How do you capture something that is constantly changing from second to second? Painting a sunset is doubly hard, not only do you have to represent the shifting movement of light and colour but the artist must be able to translate that all encompassing experience of seeing one on to the canvas. The Artists in this exhibition have been selected because they all have the ability to eloquently do just that. Enjoy!
