Sarah Harvey is a figurative painter specialising in oil. Her latest series of works beautifully depicts the human form submerged in water. Her use of colour, tone and light, helps to create atmosphere and sense of space, and although Sarah Harvey uses no other visual props, other than the figure in water, the power of her compositions create an emotional account of the movement and flux of life. Sarah Harvey graduated from Newcastle University, UK in 2004 and has had numerous exhibitions throughout the UK.
