Born in Glasgow, Scotland in 1968, John trained as a professional artist graduating in 1991 with a BA (Hons) in Drawing and Painting from Edinburgh College of Art. After a number of years working as an Art tutor, Dumigan began to produce commission based art for public and private sectors including, hospitals, community centers, health centers, penthouse suites, showrooms, and homes and offices. Having also exhibited his painting in a number of group exhibitions and solo shows his work is now held in many private and public collections across Britain.
