Annette Johnson was born in London and has lived by the riverfront for the last 25 years. She started painting in whilst living in Boston America and has since studied at Sir John Cass College of Art and etching at Morley College. She has hree own Etching Studio in Ballast Quay where she works as a full time Painter/Etcher; she also runs printmaking workshops from her studio.
She was in the finals of the Whatman National Print exhibition Royal Festival hall. Sainsburys Homebase have used one of her etchings for their gift voucher.One of her oil paintings has been used in the Centenary book of the Newlyn Gallery Cornwall.
Memberships include National Society Painters, Sculptors and Printmakers, The Society of Woman Artists Westminster Central Hall and Greenwich Printmakers Association.
