Born 1950; educated at Shrewsbury School, New College, Oxford, and Weymouth College, Dorset.
Recent major projects: My peace I give you, a text based piece for Christ Church, Gretton, Gloucestershire,.
Other recent works include Horseback, a private commission from 2!/2 tons of Clipsham stone and The Acrobat's Brother, an over-lifesize figure commissioned by a private collector in Los Angeles.
In 1987 my wife and I won the open competition for my first public sculpture commission, The Ram, in Stroud. I have also carved commissioned works for many private collectors and have works in collections in Greece, Spain, South Africa, the USA and the UK. I have carried out a number of sculpture projects with local primary and secondary schools as well as teaching at my studio.
