Absent from the Art world for a while whilst working as a Designer, enjoying a successful career in graphic design and marketing. By the end of 2010 I decided to give up 2 days a week of my design work to concentrate on my passion of painting and creating my sculptures. A passion for animals - living in the countryside and right next to local farms crazy quirky ideas of animals were always on my mind... crazy, fun thoughts seeing the animals have personalities and wondering what it would be like for them if they could respond.... my imagination running wild made me create my new relief sculptures.... I have 100s of drawings which I intend to create in some wonderful sculptures... the idea of them coming to life out of a picture frame is what I enjoy the most and hopefully you will too. I work from my studio workshop now turned into what my family say as my animal sculpture farm factory........ The animals are all hand carved .... I have created a wax silver seal which i use as a signature of authenticity.... Each frame is 13.5 x 15.5 x 2.5 Black with Solid Black Mount
I have also been creating relief sculptures based on the the theme of food... you can see a few examples of these on my artwork page.... I have many more that I will be adding soon.
