Impish Scribe
Hello, how are you? I'm Impish Scribe: born in the winter of Disco & Punk. My parent were Creative: throughout my teenage years I experimented in many different art mediums. Oils, Pastels, Watercolours, Live Music to name a few, but photography's the one medium I've kept coming back to. We often wonder, 'What is Art'? According to the Oxford English Dictionary it is: "…the expression or application of human creative skill and imagination, typically in a visual form such as painting or sculpture, producing works to be appreciated primarily for their beauty or emotional power…" And the latter is essentially what my work is, I try to capture moments of powerful beauty that we would ordinarily miss, beauty that soothes and touches us, reminds us of the beauty, positivity and magic in the world. | |||||
