| Michelle House is an abstract print maker, successfully combining both contemporary and traditional printmaking techniques and materials. In this latest series of works, she also experiments with her choice of grounds, selecting materials that complement her imagery. Directly printing on to materials such as a Oakwood, Silk and deep pile Vilene, her holistic approach to each piece helps to create these rich, vibrant abstract works which have a retro yet contemporary feel to them. |
