| The works shown here by Colin Ferns use watercolour together with ink or pencil. They are drawn from very different landscapes: Delhi and Southwold in Suffolk. Yet both images are extremely prepossessing exhibiting an obvious charm and talented draughtsmanship. Successfully rendering wide vistas of space, he extracts the essence of the scene in deft, confident strokes with an eye for detail. |
