| Mark Vilder is a figurative and landscape artist who specialises in oil and metal leaf. Vilder predominantly uses metal leaf to help build up a depth and intensity to the skin tone. Through the layering of colour and metal leaf he has created a technique which helps create a sense of history and luminosity to his work.
