Jay Walker

In choosing themes drawn from Surrealism and fantasy, Jay Walker's art is 'at home' in the hallowed portals of Londonart. But what makes Walker's art so different is his choice of medium and, in the words of Marshall McLuhan, "The medium is the message." Walker has worked as a metal fabricator and has been able to expertly use these skills to create images that react with light and movement...no mean feat! He etches and grinds the surface of the aluminium support before spraying with layers of translucent pigments to create unique results.

Kamil Waniowski

Kamil hails from Poland but has made Cornwall his home and inspiration. For him, sculpting comes easily and he is a prolific creator of dramatic, powerful works in stone, which sell regularly. His aim is to work with the stone, observing how its wishes, going with it rather than imposing his vision. in this way, the natural flow of energy between artist and his medium echoes the way life itself flows when we are doing something we love. The works exhibited here are individual but with a keen sense of balance and a compelling presence.
