Michael Coxon's paintings are renditions of landscapes and everyday scenes set mostly in Japan but also encompassing some images made of Australia. Atmospheric weather conditions are evidenced in works such as "Afternnon Storm, Karuizawa" and "The Track, Karuizawa". There is also a pre-occupation with capturing the look and cool of the Tokyo youth with their up-to-the-minute- clothing styles, hanging out nonchalantly in the mall. Overall, he seeks to represent the traditional in Japanese landscape and architecture, together with contemporary culture. After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a BA (Hons) in Textiles, Anna Creighton became increasingly fascinated be the rapidly development of Manchester City Center and its suburbs. Swapping her embroidery thread, for pencil, charcoal and paint, Creighton began documenting, villages, towns and cityscapes with equal fervor. Choosing the medium to suit the represented atmosphere and environment Anna created her sumptuous gouache pieces to perfectly capture the romance of Paris; her intricate textile embellished watercolours to encapsulate chocolate box country villages, whilst her raw sketch-like mixed media pieces represented Manchester’s industrial heritage. Anna Creighton is currently working on a series inspired by a collection of U.S Cities. Her work has been by collected by several high profile television personalities, and has been commissioned by a number of large property developers. Creighton has received media acclaim, including coverage from the BBC.

David Day's approach to creating art, offers the viewer an oblique and thoughtful perspective on the traditional masterpiece. His pieces such as Mona Copy and Munch Copy, use the minimal of words to reflect their original source. David Day's landscape paintings are created within and by the landscape itself. Each canvas is taken to an environment, in this case David's home town in Cornwall, and left for up to 3 months, or until the desired effect is achieved. The Canvases exhibited on londonart were attached to shipwrecks and a harbour wall in Cornwall. David's landscape paintings are displayed in our online exhibition in situ, but are for sale, and are intended to be hung on a wall in a conventional manner. David Day has worked for many years within the design and advertising industry and has recently exhibited with NABS in an Art Exhibition held at the Truman Brewery.
