Agamemnon  Otero

Agamemnon Otero is a prolific painter working in Acrylic. "Although on first sight my work is very colour saturated and could be called interpretational, the images and tones I work with, all derive from natural phenomenon. Painting the physical world gives me inspiration. Capturing meditative moments or paradoxically explosive ones, I endeavour to create a welcoming space, an image that acknowledges beauty, as well as challenging that ideal. By 27 years old, I had stared death in the face by twice surviving cancer. This gave me a push and zeal to be fearless in my work. Even if that means to be romantic. I believe art can help to transform us into what we want to be." Agamemnon Otero was born in Uruguay and was raised in New York State, USA, his work is in numerous public and private collections all over the world.

Agata Padol

Do you see eternity in each petal? Agata Padol paints the natural world with a reference to each flower's place in the Universe. Whether using the magnolias and vanillas of autumn or the crisp blues and yellows of a summer's day, the artist creates work with movement, light and energy. Further texture is created through the inclusion of a variety of small shapes, dotted or spiraling across the canvass. A graduate of the School of Fine Art, Katiwice, and the Academy of Fine Art, Poznan, the artist has aquired many admirers across Poland and the world. Her work shows intricacies of the natural world and shapes and parallels that exist within it.

Velemir  Pankratov

Velemir Pankratov was born in Moscow, where he learned at the High School of Fine Art. His manner of the painting combines itself as resulting from many factors. Expressive dashes develop with fine flowing lines a magical musical play."In my opinion, beauty is something, that should always be searched for over and over again. It is impossible to have as a given. It should always be born like something new. Like a miracle can not be ordinary. But it leads us to the immensity of the being and our abilities."

Rachel  Parker

Mixtures of colours blend and compliment each other in these skilfully rendered oil paintings. Typical and unusual settings are treated with respect and painted in an enjoyable and lively manner. Whether it is the cracked eggs and toast of a Sunday morning or the cultured leisure of a long, indulgent afternoon tea, meal times are captured beautifully in works perfect for any kitchen. When the artist turns her hand to the world outside she paints the bustle of a rush hour commute or the deep serenity of the Chilean landscape with equal passion. Deer faces poke out of the canvass and look make inquisitive eye contact with the viewer. Charlie Parker

Although Charlie had recognized his drive towards painting in his early teenage years, he decided not to take formal training in the arts. He finds pleasure in painting landscapes, seascapes and people. His landscapes often include an element of surreal in them but his portraits always try best to mirror the physical features of the sitter as well as to capture the essence or character of the subject. He mostly like working on commissions which challenge the painter to explore the character of the model.

Stanley Peach

As a photographer and as a painter, Peach combines interesting subject matter with an artist’s eye for the keen detail. His photographic work speaks of modern social issues as he creates powerful images of punks and pink clad Russian women. His stunning portrait of Jasmine shows her true beauty as clear brown eyes shine from beneath her veil, whereas the image titled ‘contemplation’ shows the strain of living in the modern world. In other works he uses cryptic symbolism as he photographs a neatly stitched up pear. As a painter he focuses on the same issues, taking complex and interesting subjects and skilfully painting them in unusual situations. Passionate, humane and deeply skilful, this is a multi-talented artist who has a very bright future. We are absolutely delighted to exhibit his work here at LondonArt.
