Julian Thomas

Despite having 'always been a photographer', Julian Thomas' technical skill and knowledge is mainly self-taught. Similarly to a number of our exhibiting artists, Julian combined his passion for photography with his love of teaching for a number of years, before turning fully professional in the millennium. Since then, Julian has successfully exhibited across Europe and abroad.

Our online art gallery Latido Latino, is a joint venture between, Latido Latino, in Mexico, and Londonart.co.uk. The artwork represented online, aims to promote the work of contemporary Latin American artists. In November 2004 Londonart and Latido Latino curated an exhibition in Centro de Arte Moderno, Guadalajara, Mexico. George AKA MERLIN Vernon

Born 1948 in Nottingham, UK, George is the founder of the Tube-ism movement. After studying art in the 1960s he spent a number of years travelling around Europe before returning to Bristol to establish the movement. His work although related to "death and its mystical never ending cycle", is profusely vibrant and vivacious. Vernon is currently working on a series of paintings entitled The Resurrection Descending . Vernon's first children's book, The Corn Queen was published in 2004 and he has recently exhibited at the Royal West Academy. He has works in numerous public and private collections.

Mark Vilder is a figurative and landscape artist who specialises in oil and metal leaf. Vilder predominantly uses metal leaf to help build up a depth and intensity to the skin tone. Through the layering of colour and metal leaf he has created a technique which helps create a sense of history and luminosity to his work. Currently living and working in Wiltshire, UK Mark has work in private collections and has exhibited across Britain.
