Kate Kessling

Kate Kessling is an exciting new artist working in a broad range of media. She has long been fascinated with buttons and has one of the largest collections of buttons in the UK. Her ' button pieces' are vast mosaics; each piece containing over two thousand individually sewn buttons. Using the latest in high resolution digital printing, Kate has discovered a new and vibrant technique with which to produce her button images. Each print is produced in a small edition on Fine Art paper to Archival standards by Contrary Press. Kate exhibits widely and she recently sold out at the Affordable Art Fair in Battersea. She is currently working on a set of her prints for Habitat which will be launched in 2008. Kate Kessling was born 1967 and studied at Goldsmiths, London, in the late 1980ís.

Rusudan Khizanishvili (gobejishvili )

Rusudan Khizanishvili is a young contemporary artist working in Tbilisi, the Georgian capital. With influences drawn from great artists such as Gauguin and Cezanne, Khizanishvili's work visibly acknowledges the history of painting and the paintings of the great masters. Her confident use of colour, combined with a palpable and often sensuous handling of oil paint demonstrates a maturity beyond her twenty seven years. Rusudan's approach to both the handling of paint and compositional construction reflects a healthy knowledge of what has come before her, while at the same time clearly display a contemporary set of values and codes of practice. Graduating with a painting degree from the Tbilisi state Academy of Art, Rusudan went on to complete an MA in Media in 2005.

Tillman Kleinhans

There are moments in which the world aligns itself and shows us the abstract beauty behind every scene. There are moments when shapes appear and symmetrical horizons form in the distance, casting everything into beautiful significance. A second later and the image has gone. In this collection, Kleinhans waits for the perfect moment and frames it with skill and artistic vision. These photographs from around the world look great on their own but would also build into a unique and stunning collection. Within these pictures, the majesty of the natural world dwarfs the hand of man and leaves the viewer awestruck. We are big fans of photography here at LondonArt and Tillman Kleinhans reminds us why.

Robert Klimek

Robert Klimek documents the world around him through the macro eye of the photographer's lens. Often highlighting the minuscule and the magnified, Robert klimek finds abstract form in the most unexpected of places, drawing our attention to its simple yet exquisite beauty. Piotr Kuc

Piotr Kuc is a Polish born artist. Piotr's technical knowledge combined with an ability to eloquently capture a moment in time has enabled him to launch and sustain a professional career in photography. "I try not to focus on one particular theme or subject, but rather capture the moment as it happens. We live in a world that doesn't rest. Our movements are always precise and deliberate. Photography is way of capturing these movements which would otherwise pass us by". Traditional in a sense, Piotr doesn't believe in digitally manipulating or enhancing his images, what you see is actually what was there - a refreshing concept in a world of digitally fashioned and generated imagery.

Louis Lander-Deacon

In one photograph the viewer sees the unusual image of contorted figure next to a perfectly functional wooly hate. This a world where fashion and dreams collide. Still extremely young and early in his career, Louis Lander-Deacon is a naturally gifted photographer with a promising future ahead of him. The Willam Tell myth is given an update as a bride floats tantilisingly towards a hanging apple. In another a figure is lifted horizontally over his desk in an image both striking and captivating. We are proud to support such a promising photographer and feel sure we will see his work in fashion magazines worldwide.
