Gary W Roberts was born in New Zealand where currently lives and works. After recently retiring from a distinguished career in graphic design, Roberts is perusing his career in painting full time. Specialising in acrylic on canvas, Gary’s signature black backdrop, compliments and highlights his photo realistic style and attention to minute detail. From the Kingfisher to the Sparrow, his latest series of works focus on his fascination with birds. Gary W Roberts has spent the last thirty years working on cutaway graphics, cartoons and daily newspaper graphics for the New Zealand Herald. In 2005 Roberts won the finalist award in the Qantas Media Awards for Graphic Artist of the Year, and in 1994 he won the Telecom (New Zealand) Book award.

Born in 1960, Dragomir Savovic is based in Belgrade. Savovic refers collectively to his latest series of works as ‘new visual explorations’. Aiming to create an image that draws on cartoon, comics and caricature he uses humour as a vehicle of creation. “People mainly look funny to me in their strivings towards their goals and that is what I try to express in my pictures.” Fascinated by the grotesque his work is organic in both its creation and its aesthetic.

After qualifying with a degree in illustration from Middlesex Polytechnic, Tony spent 19 years working in the graphic design industry as a studio manager for a London Design Consultancy and also an Advertising Agency. In 2002 he moved to the Peak District where he works as an Artist specialising in oils on board. With German parents, Otto Schade was born in Chile in 1971, and now lives and works in London. His dual nationality has enabled him to successfully exhibit his paintings in both countries. Fascinated by detail, pattern and repetitive form, Otto uses a variety of mixed media to help him physically reflect texture and surface qualities, and uses colour to intensify the illusion of it. Otto Schade has work in private collections worldwide and has had solo exhibitions in Berlin and Santiago and more recently in London.
