David Taylor

David Taylor studied Architecture and Design at the London Design School. His career as an Architect led him to travel extensively, visiting many countries and diverse landscapes across the world. This experience had a powerful effect on him and initially inspired him to begin painting. Taylor uses his visual memory as his main point of reference. By manipulating the oil paint with palette knife and brush, he builds a sense of depth and atmosphere which reflects some of the dramatic weather conditions he so enjoys painting. Looking to Turner for inspiration he hopes to create, “an almost religious and mystic quality to his work.”

Linda Tennant

Linda Tennant is an artist who never misses the key details which makes any scene beautiful. Whether it is the horizon stretching on for eternity on a summer's evening, or the prickly grass in the field, she captures the essence of the view perfectly. She is the owner of her own gallery which she works from throughout the week but we are pleased to also offer you the chance to see her work. As a deeply versatile painter, Tennant is equally at home showing the sun dripping down over Venice as she is commissioning portraits. Through the warmth of her palette and the fine points of her forms, she creates work that is popular with collectors around the world.

Malcolm Tillis

Collage is the vehicle Malcom Tillis employs for his surrealist abstract art. Each work requires attention from the viewer to look into the highly textured surface where found images nestle alongside purely abstract forms. You are rewarded with the attention as over time more and more features become apparent. The collages displayed here are the product of over 20 years of work during which he has worked as a viola player in the Manchester Halle orchestra and as a graphic designer in Spain. All proceeds from the collages sold through London Art on this website will support Age Concern and Marie Curie Cancer Care.

Ronnie Tucker

Ronnie paints serene scenes of lakes, mountains and castles. His career in landscape painting continued only recently, after a period of work in digital media. Ronnie discovered that paint gives an artist more freedom and influence than computer led art, therefore he is planning to develop his skill in oil and watercolour.

Kasia Turajczyk

There can be little doubting the spiritual influence in the artwork created by Kasia. She uses her passion for Buddhism and Taoism in order to infuse her work with an energy which should speak to the viewers directly. Her art is part reality, part dream and part allegory for a world sinking too heavily into capitalism and away from the philosophical. There is an uneasy edge to several of these works with children’s characters looking on with vacant eyes after they have become products for multinational corporation to seek profit. But these are not grim, downbeat pictures. They are infused with life, light and hope. Kasia says she paints in order to move her audience or to merely make them stop and think. At LondonArt we believe she has achieved this aim and are sure that our customers will find a moment to stand before these images and reflect on the world.

Diane Urwin

Diane Urwin’s wonderfully crafted works look good enough to eat. Each piece of fruit is rendered in exquisite detail and seems to hang before the viewer, enticing them in. The wonderfully captured ceramics sit in the soft light and glisten. The reflections of the fruit’s soft skin cast the painting in a gently glowing colour against a deep, dark background. When she paints portraits and harbour scenes she applies the same keen eye for detail and wonderfully skilful technique to create truly exceptional works. Her branches elegantly stretch across the paintings, holding plump, ripe Sharon fruit. Already an established artist, we are very pleased to bring to you the work of this gifted painter.
