Howard Wolf

A talent for drawing was evident from early childhood, but like many children of his era, The Second World War changed the natural progression of his life. After a number of distinguished years of National Service in the Royal Navy as an Engineering Officer, Wolf began a civilian career as an International Executive. After resigning from the position to follow his heart, Wolf has been a professional painter for over twenty years. An eclectic and energetic approach has resulted in a large collection of drawings and paintings. The human figure has been a dominant aspect, with increasing emphasis on movement and dancing. In the last decade the landscape, particularly Provence, has been a huge inspiration to him. Howard Wolf has exhibited across London and has numerous works in private collection held in the UK.

John Workman

Much of John's inspiration comes from 18th century landscapes, though he updates their gentility with found materials such as wallpaper set behind glass panels. That is just one of the techniques the artist uses to create an illusion of depth - he has recently progressed into using light boxes.
