All works of art featured on Londonart.co.uk are for sale
and can be bought online. Alongside each work you will
find information on asking price, size, and medium. All works are unframed unless otherwise stated.

All offers for work are
purely invitations to treat, and are not binding until
they have been accepted by the artist, and confirmed
by Londonart.co.uk. Buyers may enter their credit card details
or send cheques when the final price of the artwork
has been confirmed. Please note that if you decide to pay by cheque, we can only deliver the work until your cheque has cleared
- To make an offer you do not need to have an account
with Londonart.co.uk. All you need is to enter your email address. However, it helps if you create an account prior to making an offer because having all your contact details, we can contact you quickly and process your offer more efficiently. Click here to create

- If you have an account, simply enter your email
address to make an offer.
- Once your offer has been accepted or rejected by
the artist, you will receive notification. If your
offer has been accepted you will also receive notification
of dispatch costs.
- Once you have agreed the final price with Londonart.co.uk,
payment will be deducted from your credit card or
you may send a cheque. Artworks are delivered after
receipt of payment.
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard,
and Switch but not Amex.
All works are dispatched within five working days of
payment being received, unless we inform you about delay or propose different arrangements. Dispatch costs are in addition
to prices quoted for works of art, unless otherwise advised. Notification of dispatch
costs will be sent by email once the artist has accepted
the offer made. Payment will be deducted when the buyer
agrees the final price of the artworks.
If you are not completely satisfied with any work bought
from us, you can receive a full refund (excluding delivery
costs) by returning the work within ten days of
receipt. That means that in case of a return you are liable to pay the costs of shipping both ways - to you and back to the artist. Please note that Londonart.co.uk represents artists from many different countries, therefore the return address may be UK based or abroad. It is highly recommended that you inquire about the artist's whereabouts before you purchase their work. Please also note that the cost of shipping one way might be different from the shipping costs the other way. This is not regulated by londonart.co.uk but depends on third party services and prices. You are responsible for the cost of returning the work to us in its original condition and of insuring
it during transit, except where the work is faulty or
the wrong work has been dispatched.
PLEASE NOTE: In case of photography and digital, return is only possible if you cover the costs of the production of the work. In the case of comissions, return is not possible as the artist will of carried out the work.
The foregoing does not affect your statutory rights
as a consumer.
Londonart.co.uk can arrange framing of all unframed paintings and drawings.

If you would like to view a work of art before purchase
we will endeavour to arrange this where possible. Unfortunately,
it is usually only possible to offer this service for
works by London-based artists. Viewings take place at
our London offices.
